**EDIT: someone with any video creating experience please film a better tour this is embarrassing!!! I know yall are out there!!!**
my attempt at a tour of mcmahon hall, the new uab dorm! if you have any questions I can try to answer in the comments!
and here are some of the dimensions bc last time I checked they aren't on the website:
desks: 42"x24"
windows: 72"x80" (might vary by floor)
closets: 36" wide

This is great thank you so much! Does the fridge & microwave come with the room? Also do you happen to know if every room is the same set up? No drawers available on the bathroom since vanity?

Do the beds loft up high enough to put a futon under or chair etc.?? so tv can go on other side ? Do you know how much space is under the bed like length and width?

the height is adjustable up to about 4 feet, but some time in the next few months you’ll get an email about how to use the bed lofting service uab offers! it’s a little pricey though :/

Couple of questions- -Is that a rug or installed carpet? It looks like a rug on top of installed carpet. 🧐 -Do you know if you can get mail and packages yet? -Would you please measure from the floor to the lowest part of the bottom of the bed? Trying to get an idea of what will fit under there.

- the red one is a rug, and the gray carpet is installed! the kitchen/bathroom area is linoleum tile though - not yet, but it should start soon! - there’s 36” under the bed, but you can adjust it to go from like 3” to 42” high
