Such a great show! Edit.....a year later and still the best live UADA show for me. I just like how loud the lead guitar is.......makes this concert special for me.

I was so surprised to see these guys in Maryland at the deathfest. Sad that it's probably going to be our last md deathfest.

@@killhousecrue2116The original owner and crew said they're done putting it together. The fest was getting less and less attendance over the years and they could no longer turn profit. Really sucks because no other company could gather such amazing lineups here in Maryland, let alone the entire tri-state area.

For anyone that has been to Maryland deathfest, how is it setup? I am looking at it for next year and it looks like there are 3 venues.. are multiple performances occurring at the same time and you have to choose which one you want to see at that time? What if the venue reaches capacity? The tickets aren't cheap and I was interesting in attending but don't want to if I miss one performance for another. If anyone could fill in the details of how it goes down I would appreciate it. Also, once all the 4 day (or is maybe 3?) day passes are sold can you get specific single days, or single performances etc? I really want to be there for Dragged Into Sunlight performing Hatred for Mankind in its entirety at the upcoming fest.

So last year there was the main Edison lot which was basically the parking lot with probably the "biggest bands" playing on two stages during the day time. Starting at 10 or 11am. The stages alternated so there were never two bands playing at the same time, but once the first ends, the second will start pretty much immediately. This goes until dusk, around 7-8:00ish, can't really remember exactly, then bands at the Ram's head would start up maybe 15 minutes later? The ram's head is a decent ways away from the Edison lot but there are shuttles and Ubers and stuff going through constantly. The ram's head is the venue Uada played at in this video and it goes until about midnight. There are other bands playing in some venues nearby the Ram's head, kinda more underground stuff, but I know Exhorder played some kind of outdoor stage right next to the Ram's head pretty late, during this time there might be some bands overlapping unfortunately. I can't remember too much, but they do post times and venues usually way in advance so you can look at who's playing when and where before you buy tickets.

There is usually slight overlap between Soundstage and Ram's Head. Not all the time, but it exists. Edison Lot is no longer. The three stages are all minutes walk apart on the same street, so it's easy to jump back and forth. Club shows definitely get crowded as they're not very big. Single days are on sale. Multiple day passes are always the best bet as you can do and see everything you want.
