UBE BARS
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¾ cup softened butter
1 ¼ up fresh milk OR water
Grease a 13X9” rectangle pan
Bake the dough for 35 minute in a preheated 350F oven
1 can condensed milk
Water, as needed
Ube flavoring as needed
Toasted desiccated coconut, as needed

Hu Chef Manabat! first time kong mapanuod ka. subrang natuwa ako kasi. paborito ko yang. Ube bar ! Now alam ko na kong paano lutuin yan. baga man wala akong oven, pede nman ceguro yan lutuin sa kawali. may mga napapanuod din ako na nag luluto ng bread sa kawali.
