Ube Biko De Leche | How to make Ube Biko with leche flan topping

Күн бұрынBiko is a filipino favorite kakanin and filipinos always try something new by adding flavor and now i make my own version a combination of ube flavored biko and leche flan in one. This recipe is an easy to make snack and ideal for the holiday season or for all occasions. You will surely love this!
Ingredients :
3 cups glutinous rice
3 cups water
3 cups coconut cream
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp ube extract/flavor
8 whole large eggs
2 egg yolk
1 can evaporated milk (big one)
1 can condensed milk

The cup you used for the glutinous rice is the same as the usual measuring cup or the one with the rice cooker?

@@kathmay7691 ay sorry po baka na confused ako the one for the glutinous rice is yung measuring cup for rice cooker the same also sa water to make sabaw pero sa coconut milk to make latik is measuring cup for baking.thank you
