😋Ingredients 材料
Pie Crust
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp White Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup chilled Unsalted Butter (cubed)
2 tsp Vinegar
6 tbsp Ice Water
Fillings
(Buko or Young Coconut)
2 cans young Coconut Meat (bite-size)
1/2 cup Coconut Juice
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
3/4 cup Cream or Milk (Fresh or Evaporated)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup White Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cornstarch
Oil for Deep Frying
