Ingredients:
1 tbsp Ube Powder
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (must be chilled in refrigerator for 1-2 nights)
1 tbsp Lavendar Syrup (alternatively sugar or honey)
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Choice of milk
Tip - The coconut milk is ready when you shake it and there is no swishing sound!
If you want to add some caffeine to this, you can add half chilled or room temperature black tea with milk + ice in the glass!
