Introduced by Professor Imelda Maher, Dean of Law in UCD, Ms Justice Úna Ní Raifeartaigh, Judge of the Court of Appeal chaired the discussion. We were pleased to welcome discussants Professor Liora Lazarus, University of British Columbia and Professor Colm O'Cinneide of University College London.
