Thank you for making and for sharing the video. Want better results?...train even harder and smarter. Attitude can sometimes be more than everything. Keeping your head in the game...on and off the track. Train harder than you actually race.....focus during your training. Focus focus focus.....get dialed in to move your bike FAST. IMO...just from watching...strength and speed seem to be your biggest needs to be worked on. Along with maybe a bit more aggression in the pack. Why back down when you can be the one moving forward faster? Let the other riders back down and slow down. Power and speed.....and the abilities to control all of that power and speed without falling. Best of luck with everything. WORK it to make it all work on race day. Sprints until you puke..and then go back for more ...even harder. Show yourself that really care and that you really want to move even faster around the tracks. Being passed should be unacceptable situation down to your core. Oh..and yeah....don't forget to have fun and to enjoy. Big time racing....big time requirements. Work hard....and even harder. The winners tend to work harder and smarter.
