The dancers in this video don't come from a diverse array of backgrounds? The human species has variety and we see a variety of dancers in this video. Pigmentation is merely a very small part of what makes humans human. Chimpanzees and humans share around 98% of the same DNA. Washington D.C. bureaucrats tell us to fixate on skin color, while keeping us divided & conquered even as our tax burdens steadily increase for bureaucrats' benefit.

⁠@@RcMx2050valid points. Diversity includes skill level, too. UCLA has the means to recruit the finest/best as seen on their Football, crew, soccer and Basketball teams. Cheerleading is a sport. Why not bring in the very best dancers for the genre they perform? It is hip hop and contemporary. I’m sure they could’ve recruited even better talent.

From what I understand, college's work with the people who attend their college. These beautiful women VOLENTEERED to come to this college. So the college's are supposed to go out and force minority women to come in to the college so they can achieve some preconceived racial balance to satisfy you? If the only thing you look for are " racist ", then that's all you're going to find. All I see are beautiful young women dancing in unison which took a lot of practice.
