Uddina vade | urad dal vada explained by sudarshan bhat Bedradi Bhat‘n'bhat KZfaq channel.
This is about a tasty and spicy vada by using urad dal, a best suitable dish for rainy days. Urad dal boosts energy, helps in digestive system and helps to manage diabetes. This is also good for skin and hair. A simple dish, but favorite of many people. It tastes super with ginger flavoured chutney. It cant be stored more than one to 2 days.
Ingredients
Urad dal 2cups
Salt to taste
Green chilli's 4
Ginger
Curry leaves
Dry coconut
Pepper 10
Oil for deep fry
Water
