Those steel plates with dividers are used extensively in India to serve food and they are called "tiffin plates" and they come in different sizes. Cool to see them used in Japanese restaurant.

Did you have any damage from the earthquake? I lived in Los Angeles for 40 years, earthquakes are unpredictable and scary! I love your menu and everything about your restaurant, it’s like home! I’m the cook for 4 in my house, I make a lot of Mexican and Southern dishes. I’m shopping for a Wok, how do I select one, the selection is overwhelming! I do love that you serve coffee, even here in the US some food establishments don’t offer hot drinks. I have to serve everything, hot meals and drinks are a must. Our Asian restaurants don’t serve hot tea like they used to, to me it makes the meal. My favorite Asian restaurant in the US is Paul’s Kitchen in Los Angeles, my friends parents took us when we were young. We have no authentic, cozy Asian restaurants here in NW Arkansas. That is why I want to learn myself. My daughter and I want to buy land to grow and farm our own food including beef, pork and chicken. Japanese produce is so beautiful, ours used to be that way in Los Angeles, we grew it in our garden. My late grandmother planted 36 fruit trees and berries. We can grow grapes, peaches, watermelon, strawberries and pumpkins here in Arkansas. Now that my daughter has her Master’s Degree in Special Education we are budgeting and looking for some acreage. I’m so impressed with your green onions, they are beautiful. I use them in my late grandmother’s potato salad, you would love it. I make sandwiches with three slices of bread. I add a thin layer of her potato salad on it, it makes it easier to eat. I want to visit Japan someday, I love how clean it is! I want to compliment your music, my grandfather played Mexican music on his guitar. He wrote a love song for my grandmother. Have you made a CD, if not do you plan on it? ps I’m planning on buying an egg pan like yours, it would be perfect for my Mexican omelettes with pork chorizo. I serve refried beans, fried potatoes, flour tortillas and guacamole with it. Have you ever cooked with Hatch Chilis? I have them shipped fresh from here in the Southwest, I freeze them and thaw them when needed. I hope we can grow them here in AR. I looked on line for seeds for Japanese vegetables, do you have a specific source you use to purchase them?

夜のお品書きは普通の感じですが、ランチのメニューはありきたりな揚げ物やパスタだけど実際に出来上がったの見たら一品一品、中身が濃い‼食材はありきたりの感じですが美味しそうに仕上げてますね☺感心しました、機会があれば食べに行きたいですね。

今更拝見しましたが、今度食べに行こうと思います。 自分は隣富山県氷見市で被災しましたが、石川県でも能登寄りは本当に被害が大きかったと思います、能登半島をバイクで走るのが好きでもう数百回は行ってるのが、今は奥には行けず寂しい限り、１日でも早く復興出来るよう自分は行ける範囲で食べて応援させて頂きます。

何度か行きましたがめちゃくちゃ美味しいです。フライ定食、カレーがオススメです
