The UE HyperBoom 2 and UE WonderBoom 3 will possibly be released in just a few weeks. I'm really interested to see what they've improved on. Is it the low-end bass of the HyperBoom? Or Will the WonderBoom 3 finally receive the USB-C treatment it deserves? #UEHyperBoom2 #UEWonderBoom3 #NewStuff

Wait, Hyperboom 2? I’ve been looking for an article in regard to that but no luck. I did however, see that they’re releasing a white version of the Hyperboom.. it’s on their website. is that what you meant by 2??

Unless I’m tripping, I think you’re getting the new white colourway of the OG Hyperboom that they’re releasing next month (currently on pre order) confused as being a new model. Also Micro-USB on the Wonderboom 3 sadly isn’t a rumour, it’s happening and it’s most definitely a lousy attempt at keeping costs down. 😬

My only gripe with the WB 2 was the bass. I wish there was a smidge more. Besides that it’s perfect. If the third iteration has more bass but kept micro usb I THINK I would still cop 😬

I have the Wonder Boom 3 and it currently doesn’t pair to the previous models, unless someone knows something I don’t. I bought the speaker for 89.99. I have it paired to my IPad Air and I love it! I will buy one more if I see it on sale. 🎉

great review as always!! yes my friend has two hyperbooms in his tv room in each corner. things sound great!!! im over 50 so i did pack around in the day with a big heavy loud boombox!! but bro? i aint paying no 500$ for a speaker somebody can take from me on da street. lmfao!!

I'm looking to buy my wife a bluetooth speaker she's not a bass head like me but I'm looking for a midsized speaker like the hyperboom or boombox with a well balanced clear sound seems the hyperboom is the better choice so far I was also thinking of the tribit stormbox blast but idk any recommendations as to which speakers I should look into?

Man I just got got 2 hyperbooms as a stereo pair and now I see a video of a hyperboom 2 coming out, dam I may have just waited for the hyperboom 2 to come out and gotten that but I guess I could sell the ones I got and get the new one. Although I may or may not upgrade when it comes out.

I just got one for Christmas!!! Yes , it's rhe best around!!! I work in a mall jewelery store and I bump this EVERYDAY!!! People walking by actually stop in to see what kind of speaker it is!!! And they by from me!!!

I wish ultimate ears would drop frimware updates. I have had my hyperboom for almost 2 years and not an single update since October 2020. The speaker is great but now it doesn't power on initially. I would have to wait about 30 seconds everytime to get it turn on. On rare occasions while playing it makes a loud buzz sound and cuts off and would have to start over again. I love the speaker so much but they should really optimize their products over its life cycle

I've had the Hyperboom for a year now and I love it I like it because the bass is perfect and doesn't overpower the crisp mids and highs, and it gets so loud I have concerts every day. It gets decently loud outside and not only that, but the speaker can shake things outside, and I can hear the bass thumping from 30ft away. There is no need for the Hyperboom 2 .

hyperboom2 would be nice if the volume control was more refined to get the perfect volume when playing it loud, as the volume steps at the loud end are loud, louder or loudest, there is no inbetween control.

I have an UE Wonderboom 2 and I must say the product is very rugged and it gets very loud specially on outdoor mode very good sounding speaker I use it on my PC Speaker and it sounds great. The only thing I want on the wonderboom series is please. bring back the 3.6 mm port USB C port and app support because the UE WB1 and WB2 don't have those useful features. please stop copying apple for their stupid decision on their products.

The software/firmware on the Hyperboom is absolute rubbish. The app almost never wants to connect to the speaker, and when it does it's sometimes up to 3 minutes of latency to change any settings or power the device off. The physical power button sometimes takes 5 presses to actually turn the speaker on. Have just swapped my 6 month old one for a new one today, the new one has the exact same issues. Hope that the Hyperboom 2 fixes all these software bugs because it's a great speaker apart from that.

I hope the hyperboom 2 is a good step above the first. While the OG actually sounds GREAT, it's price is too close to the apple home speaker and is frankly just completely outperformed in every way.
