I can understand in one banner you need 70K+ rubies to fully upgrade the fighters

They both are dmg dealer and a good strikers. Use oswald as striker for terry because it gives good strikers skills. I would suggest one at a time. As a support oswald can help you in guild raid rugal but for high dmg you have to use kasumi as a support. They will be good together in TOI. However I didn't check them in TOI because they are not A9 yet. I will check them in TOI and plugins then I will tell you about that.

I am still understading both. However, terry's third skill is not working properly yet, it needs to be fix. Oswald is really awesome. I just played with both of them at A5 and I found oswald interesting and new. Terry still needs fix of 3rd skill.
