Jesus said that the Holy Spirit is the teacher, not man, that is why He send the Holy Spirit to those who have chosen Him as their Saviour and God. I have been asking the Lord Jesus Christ for this authority, that I won't do anyone harm but will not allow anyone to do me any harm.
