For the most part such a great collection of stadiums (for example I adore the decision to go to the San Mames of all the potential spanish stadiums), only Baku really stings in my eye and I guess they could have used stadiums in Italy or Schottland without running tracks.

italy is going to dominate once again with their world class youth prospects. zaniolo, tonali, chiesa and all. also senior experienced players like insigne and el shaarawy are gonna guide these young players. trust me. i am not even italy fan. but, italy is my second favourite team after germany.

England are World Champions at Under 20 and Under 17 level and European Champions at Under 19 Level. There is an unbelievable amount of talent on it's way. Phil Foden, Jadon Sancho and Ryan Sessegnon amongst others.

They selected the most compatible ones with big stadiums and that haven't hosted recently (which is why there's no French or Polish or Ukrainian cities) and importantly that show off a pan-European culture. Prague and Brussels don't have big enough stadiums, Warsaw hosted in 2012, Madrid and Lisbon are the obvious choices but they decided on smaller less known Bilbao, and Istanbul could've realistically had it but there just aren't enough places for all of those cities
