I was mostly chubby a while back,but a friend got me into healthy eating and Taekwondo.I found that there was this hype about some Ronda,and I started following her....she is the biggest insperation for me to do the 5 minute planks,the squats,streatches etc.Thank you for being you RRR !

Watching her flow with this Latin music is quite a spectacle. Ronda would make a badass spy/secret agent character. Or you could take "character" out of that statement and it would still be true. Just teach her to use guns.

Rousey has some very impressive speed. Very quick, fluid,agile movements. She has superb Balance. A Xena warrior princess if there ever was one. I like her determination. She is VERY focused on honing her craft. On another level she is as SEXY as they come. A NATURALLY thick, toned and down to earth woman with A sassy attitude that a fella can appreciate.

How much did the feminist movement paid you? The truth is she seems awefully weak compare to even a below average man. She stands no chances in a real street fight against people who dont care about political correctness. This video just shows her trainers not putting up a real figbt. Ronda looks fantastic. She constantly improves, her striking is clean, mean and very impressive. I don't think there is a fighter in the world with the HEART and talent as Ronda Rousey.

Workout shows your quickness and power. Two weaknesses: Don't stand over a downed fighter(just back up), you get up-kicked uselessly; don't drop your non-striking hand, in fights you get over-confident, and lower your blocking hand.

Whoever thought Ronda was going to lose against Cat really might want to rethink your fight analysis skills. Nothing in Cat's fights showed me anything that Ronda had to worry about. Cat should've never even dreamed of leaving her feet against the skills and strength of Ronda Rousey.
