joanna's delusional coach mike brown actually thinks joanna is going to win..lol. when his other fighter thats 30lb bigger and hits 3x as hard didn't put a scratch on valentinas face. joanna needs to fake an injury or for the next month she will be weeping into a bowl of ice cream like Ronda did

Mike brown is not delusional. what else is Joanna supposed to say? what else is the coach going to do other than having confidence in his fighter? you think mike brown is stupid enough to actually expect Joanna to be like Nunes? though i am rooting for Valentina here but we should be very grateful to Joanna and her team for stepping up for this and giving the Women's flyweight division such a great push. This is going to be a great show.

Joanna knows what she is up against and that she is probably going to loose but she still has hopes and actually thinks she can beat Valentina which is what every true fighter should do. That is have faith, train and move forward. Irrespective of what she did and said in her last matches, she is behaving exactly like she is supposed to behave for this one.

she is too good to be true! god bless her! And this lady has many years ahead of her as a competitor in martial arts. I wonder how much more she can add to her game since she already looks so perfect! A walking, living, perfection. I hope she starts training people in martial arts full time after she retires.

Prediction: Valentina wins title and subsequently cleans out the division until her sister becomes #1 contender. Valentina vacates the title so her sister can fight for/claim it. Valentina moves up to 135 and fights for/wins title there. Shevchenko sisters become first siblings to simultaneously hold titles in the UFC.

Justa Bill Okay but just because she has unfinished business with Amanda doesn't mean that she's going back to Welterweight to stay. She could easily set up a champ vs. champ fight and be the UFC's 1st double champ if she wins and then vacate the Bantamweight belt. Why would she go back to Bantamnweight when she can be at her preferred weightclass and dominate? Antonina is not a natural Flyweight and is used to competing at a heavier weightclass. Antonina is only at Flyweight to get her feet wet in MMA and to support Bullet.

And she didn't struggle at all last week. She cruised to that win. Sounds like you have issues, kid. BTW, I'm probably a bit older than you, son.

JJ will be lucky to hit Bullet once. Val has to watch JJ for a headbutt, finger in the eye, or an upkick. Val and Antonina are both trained to win and take the very least amount of damage.

@@jonny-ih7tg Yes Val didn't have an answer for her outstretched fingers that is why Val had to be very careful moving in. Ref told Nunes about her fingers 3 or 4 times. The next time Val will have that answer and will find a way to be more aggressive when fighting her.

@Sal Vastola Same Mother, Antonina has her mothers nose and takes on her fathers darker skin, Val some looks like her mother but has light skin. It happens in generations.

@Sal Vastola Her mother is 3rd dan- black belt in Taekwondo, both sisters are black belts in Taekwondo. Mom is also head of the Muay Thai federation. Val also has Master of sports degree .. black belt in Judo.

In an interview she said she was of Russian decent, born in one of the Republics of Soviet Union at the time. Last name is technically Ukrainian, though so many Russians have last names end with a -ko and same for Ukrainians having last names end with -ov and -ova. It is a melting pot after all...
