I agree. I'm a big fan of his and I fear now more than ever that the Conor that we once knew no longer exists. I don't like pretending that I can read body language and stuff like that but I couldn't help but get the impression that this was an older, more mature Conor trying to convince himself that he's still the hungry and violent fighter that he once was back when fighting meant the world to him and when his livelihood was dependant on the outcome of his fights. This is no longer the case. Without a doubt he still loves fighting otherwise he wouldn't be in here anymore, but I don't think he has that switch anymore where he could go from being a regular nice guy to being that animal that legitimately wanted to hurt his opponents. Back then, that trash talk came out so naturally because it was in part authentic. He's not an actor, and I think that's why this whole press conference felt so off. I don't believe for a second that he dislikes Dustin.
