There are interviews of his previous opponents (who are now retired) in which they're asked how it was like to fight Manny. One of them said it was like fighting an octopus because there were just punches thrown left and right at any angle that they thought Manny grew 6 additional arms.

The Margarito fight was hard to watch. Margarito’s side should've thrown the white towel no matter how he badly wants to finish the fight. Manny didn't put too much effort on his punches because Margarito’s face was swollen to the point that right orbital socket was shattered. He knew knocking him out with his full punch could've had threatened his life. It was insane. He even regretted that decision, needed multiple surgeries after.
