I joined a UFC Gym six weeks ago I fractured my foot and try to cancel my contract so I paid my late fees on December 9th I have not gotten my cancellation letter as of yet. Why am I having so much trouble canceling?

It’s a great gym until they hired a manager Simon Mooney at Wetherill Park who has no idea what he is doing. They should get rid of him
