There was moments in her fights when she looked absolutely flawless, espescially her movement, man I am not gonna lie - me not a fan of WMMA but boy warriors like Rose, Valentina, Weili, Joanna - you must be crazy not to appreciate the skills of these women - they are og's of the game. and to answer your question - absention of Trevor Wittman mustve been one of the lately issues mate, plus earlier that jump to flyweight to fight a killer like Manon Fiorot instead of trying to regain her title, and also youve mentioned Rose young - yes but shes been kinda long in that game you know, maybe the hunger aint the same.. Cause whats left for her? A championship belt? Been there, done that.. TWICE xD!!

She did incredibly well. Just need a bit more conditioning and better combo entries at certain moments. Her reflexes are still there and so is her footwork. Tracy will be her biggest test yet.

Amanda does not have the greatest ring IQ. And she keeps that chin way to high. Roses footwork won this fight. And like others have said, whitman was good for Rose.

Nothing we can do about that Rose could finish this chick if they rematch. Rose just needs to pressure a little more , especially that this chick fight aggressive and that's always good for Rose.

roses movement is so high caliber that her opponents don't know what's coming.. she can come with so many different strikes and are not telegraphed at all.. and staying calm and cool in all situations.. she is my favorite female fighter... love watching her fight and especially her documentary made me like her more..

Hella job on the takedown defence on the first shot. Lots of people don’t understand that she still getting better. Moving up when she doesn’t have to takes lots of courage. That same challenge will force her to grow as an artist. I thought she looked sharper and more fluid against a dangerous girl. Outgrappled the bigger stronger person with technique and timing. Great martial performance, the seamless switching of stances was awesomely high level. Girl is pure inspiration. Wasn’t perfect but very solid win except for losing concentration a bit in the 3rd for a minute or so. She always bounces back strong from not great showings. Facts are that Whitman has worked absolute wonders with both Justin and rose. Yes they are both talented but not nowhere near they would have been without him. He molded and chiseled them into legendary statuses. He for sure one of just a few trainers who can totally change trajectories of careers. Lots of good coaches out there but very few wizards. Even tactically he is genius during fight instructions and making adjustments when his fighters veer off the plan.
