Just makes you think I’m tough Colby Covington is. He took like a dozen of those power punches and was eating them even with a broken jaw lol. Tiny jab put burns down one of them puts Jorge out. Make fun of Colby all you want but that dude is a tough SOB man I think he is the only guy who can actually give Usman a challenge. Khamzat could not finish burns so I don’t think he will do good against Colby or Usman

Truly there was never anything cringe about Usman, it just rubs people wrong that someone like him spoke so confidently about himself and didn't allow himself to fall into doubt or pressure of what "fans want" in terms of entertainment. But he has for sure earned uncontestable respect after the recent streak he went on. If he gets it back, what will then. be the narrative?

i think what made him cringe is that he is trying so hard to be someone else and it doesnt come across natural unlike other fighters who play characters. He talks like he is telling scary campfire stories, copies Adrien Broner and Conor Mcgregor. You can see compilations of him faking a Nigerian accent and even copied Mcgregor's irish accent unintentionally. I like him as a fighter, aside from the cheats, but he just cant decide what his persona is gonna be and it makes him cringe.

Whenever McGregor fought, I wanted him to win but was nervous for him. Whenever Usman fights, I'm nervous for the other guy because I think Usman can literally permanently damage his opponents. He's that dominant in my opinion.

Burns lost to Chimaev. Chimaev is the second best welterweight behind Usman. That’s a a way better fight than Burns Usman 2. Usman would have his grappling negated by Chimaev but Usman would piece him up on feet currently. Nate Diaz is a good litmus test for Chimaev because he’s good in all areas of MMA. Chimaev Usman can be more competitive depending on how these next two PPVs go. Leon will get finished by Usman, he showed a weak chin against Nate. We will see how Chimaev does against Nate

@@YusufRawlinson yea I'd prefer to see Khamzat fight Usman obviously, could potentially be closer than the Colby fight, specifically the rematch. But if Khamzat takes the same output as Usman like he did against Burns (Burns strikes in comparison to Usmans) he wouldn't be fighting as well as he'd want to. Sure he would know to go on the defensive more though and maintain distance Edit - The Nate fight is gonna be interesting, just hope he doesn't get brutally knocked out for his last fight. The longer the fight goes on for the higher the chance is for Nate winning

Usman's best weapon was his confidence, you could see it in his ring walk his intro and how he fights. Leon took that from him when he KOed him, Usman could have beat Khamzat but he was hesitant in the striking exchanges when he was clearly superior. Usman will always be one of my favourite fighters, truly one of the greats.

Like any other champ the people always want to see them lose. But Usman I feel like just gets better with each fight and the dude is humble yea he might talk crap for the fights but overall humble and chill dude. He will go down as one of the greats no doubt
