To this day Iron Maiden still uses UFO bumper music before their shows. Steve Harris paying homage to Pete Way (the striped pants) and to UFO. Because he knows what a HUGE INFLUENCE they were not only to him and Maiden but also to countless other hard rock and metal bands and always will be !!

When my wife was still alive, we ran into him at a Robin Trower gig in Stockton. He is a delightful person to meet.

Captain Freedom lol i get it. Phil's voice was perfect, SITN proved it. His voice got a little deeper as expected as he got older but still great. Phil will always be my favorite front man next to DIO. Those two are not in the same race but appreciated. My front man fav is Dio but Phil holds my heart in many ways. UFO with Michael is the best

I was at a concert of UFOs in Poland in Lodz. The concert was in the Sports Hall in 1983. I recorded it on a portable tape recorder. But it was only in the house i heard what they played. 20 000 Watt broke down my ears.

Buck Tonelli a.k.a.Atomic Tommy M &Tommy McClendon.I seen UFO with the same lineup for the "Misdemeanour" tour in Toronto in the 80's.I thought it was a great show. UFO had it cranked to 11 that night,they were louder than Motorhead.I was almost deaf for over a day,a few weeks later MSG played at the same place (Rock'n'Roll heaven).Schenker was perfect as usual.When i saw UFO at Massey Hall,the "Lights out" tour it was the greatest show i've ever been to.You can't beat the original line up.
