This part is nice because the point is the perfect dolls aren’t a great image for kids, the “ugly ones” give this kid a sort of comfort as they resemble them, and make them more happy in their own appearance seeing the dolls as not all kids look perfect.

I remember having this little donkey plushie that I really liked. I used to put this little pair of glasses on him, which made him kinda ugly, now that I think about it, but I preferred it that way, because I also wore glasses.

This movie is so sweet! I love how they’re explaining the diversity of physical appearance, and how the way you look doesn’t make up a persons personality. Having someone or something that looks or has to the same interests as you makes you feel less alone. This movie has a beautiful meaning to it! Just..chefs kiss💋

That shows that the human kids don't want perfection, they just want a doll to love no matter what kind of disinge mistake it has, guess the other dolls got so hooked up with being perfect for the kids they forgot the true meaning of being a doll, love & compassion

@@superdoglover1659 I can’t begin to express how many hidden messages in movies and shows I’ve seen in my lifetime. Steven Universe, Gargoyles (1990’s) and even though I haven’t seen it yet, but Pokemon secrets of the jungle. I’m pretty sure that one is about protecting the environment and animals. But people who don’t care are idiots, who think just throw trash and nothing will happen. Well I don’t litter and I pick up trash when I’m at work sometimes, if I’m toiled by my boss to clean up the parking lot. You don’t litter do you?

@@superdoglover1659 I got tell you something, i like in Kentucky and just today a coworker of mine pointed out before 2011 Kentucky was cleaner than Alabama. And she was right, I do remember Kentucky was a lot cleaner back then. I got to telly ya, when I was a boy the sides of the road was so clean you could have picnics there. If you saw the side of the roads now these days, Jesus what a descries. If the founding father of Kentucky saw how far we’ve fallen he be rolling over in his grave.

This scene caught me so off guard. For a film that flopped pretty much throughout the whole movie (except for some good dialogue lines about loving who you are and not listening to the people who say "you don't belong anywhere"), I was NOT expecting to be met with tears when I saw the girl smile. What a subtle but powerful thing to put in the film.

I'm pretty sure you're too young to be thinking about that, but everything comes to an end at some point, that is what life is, just enjoy the time you have. I think that when the moment comes for me to say goodbye to my parents I'll be prepared, but I know that that is not true at all, even if it hurts to know or just think about it, just keep on going, after all, that's what we must do.
