Well it's 65W. Usually laptops range from 65-100w for a normal usb c laptop.

Bought this one along with their 100w usbc cable, unfortunately even though the gan supports 65w, it only supply 33-45w to my Poco F5 Pro, the phone supposedly support upto 67w, but output is limited with 33-45w only. I guess you still need Xiaomi proprietary charger to have the 67w charging speed

It is the protocol that has to be supported not only enough wattage. For example, Samsung Galaxy Ultra devices can go up to 45 watta fast charging 2.0, but if the charger does not support PD 2.0 then you won't get maximum charging speed.

No it does not It will output 33-45w only, depende on the port you will use, You will not get the proprietary speed of Xiaomi,

I believe I read it can't reach the full 65/67 watts of Oneplus phones. Can't remember where though. These companies make it annoying to find those details.
