The Ui in the back is the "main" Ui, the one who's playing the games. She listens to Ui A, B and C, who are "voices" in her head, for ideas on how to do the announcement stream.

Not sure why my previous comment didn't show up... anyway here's a rephrasing of what I wrote. She does commission other professionals for the technical aspects of her 3D streams. She gave credits to people involved in producing this 3D stream, her new song, MV and 5th anniversary website on X. For the creative aspects of her 3D streams though, I imagine she thinks up most of the ideas, like in her usual 2D streams.
