Takara Ishii is a professional windsurfer who is currently active all around the world.
He has been windsurfing since the age of 5 in Omaezaki City, Shizuoka Prefecture, which is also known as the holy land of windsurfing. At the age of 15, he became the youngest professional athlete in the sport.
In 2017, he won his first victory in the youth class (U21) at Aloha Classic windsurfing championship.
