Took 16 years to ID this lol! heard it once and only once on a pirate station in 2000, all I got is a crusty recording on tape thankfully after a few attempts my Xperia app 'Track ID' finally got it right and here I am :)

Yeah man!! So happy I bought this back in the day. I got it from Pure Groove Records, in Archway which was were Locked On were based. They had all the vinyls from their releases there. It was a treasure chest. Love that label.
