Interesting! It was nice attending the session. I tried to key in my question during the session but the comment section was not enabled for me to type. Could you please confirm if journal publications would help for someone who wants to apply for Global Talent Visa through Technations ?

Sorry to hear that you couldn't ask your question live :( Yes, journal publications will definitely make your application stronger, but you will still need to make sure you have enough documents to meet all your selected criteria (i.e. just having publications won't be enough to get the visa). According to the Tech Nation guide: You need "Three letters of recommendation from three different well-established individuals acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field, with detailed knowledge of your work over a period of 12 months or more, supporting your Global Talent application, which include all of the following: Each person who writes a letter for you must: - Be a senior member of their organisation - Know your work" You might also find this video helpful: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/m6qZhMme0LalcYE.html

Also, please note that your experts don't have to be based in the UK (for Tech Nation endorsement).
