А это другое направление, и endorsement body там другой, можно вот тут почитать больше www.gov.uk/global-talent-arts-culture Я только по айти консультирую пока что :) P.S. Могу зареферить вас коучу, который художникам и музыкантам помогает сделать эту визу, если хотите.

If I took part in a hackathon about 4 years ago would that still be something I can use for this visa? We actually won one of the top 3 prizes but I'm not sure if too much time has passed for me to use that as evidence.

You can use evidence about achievements that happened within the last five years.
