Thank you for fighting your battle, bro. They did the same to me in 2005, and I fought tooth and nail. It took 2 years, but I got my visa and resumed my course in 2007. You'll give up on the whole thing if you're not resilient. Consistency and perseverance will always pay off in the end.

If UK home office has never frustrated you, you don't know what God has done for you. The way they assess needs overhaul as I have seen people who get visas with false documents while genuine people are denied. They need to train their staff and working more closely with other governments as it feels like a ballot system.

Due to the high crime rates amongst nigerians makes them suspects for crimes, etc, he might know this because his family's are not into that but it's the reason, no apology for suspect criminals. Mistakes on one's record is not automatically corrected, you have request for your DATA PROTECTION RECORDS, read through it, and if there are wrong or incorrect information on there, then you correct them or let them know to amends these

I was banned for 10 years because my company applied for me and sent a fake company bank statement. Now I work in the UK as a healthcare professional after I served the ban. Crazy isn’t it. This is a company I worked for many years.

My husband took was banned because of family pictures we used. They said the picture is not genuine. Even after doing admin review they still said they won't return their judgement. They didn't type ban in quote tho. But they said he was refused in section 9.7.1 which attracts a 10yr ban Am in UK alone without my kids and hubby becos of ukvi.

I don’t think he blamed the UK civil servant even though he has not done anything wrong. What he did was that he checked online about the criteria for a ban and he saw that UK did not do their due diligence properly before banning hence the reason he took it upon himself to clear his name for any wrong doing. Thank God he was vindicated and able to go to the UK
