The UK is as far North as Alaska but much warmer due to the Gulf Stream Because of this, plants that can live in a warmer climate can grow here but because the UK is so far north, the sunlight is not as strong. as a young brit I have to say the first 4 minutes of this video made me cry. I have recently spent a few months living in Sweden studying and it has strengthened my desire to leave the UK, in particular England, to seek a better quality of life and a change of pace. Not only that but I do not feel raising children in my home country of England is right. I adore the north of Sweden for its climate and landscape, but something about this video has made me more homesick than I think I ever was when I was in Sweden, even though I am currently sitting in my hometown with my dog and really have nothing to yearn for. I adore exploring the highlands, our national parks, and Wales. Recently set myself up with a lightweight camping setup and hope to hike as much as possible before I leave, including Ireland. You've reignited my passion to get out into the nature we have on this island

Wow, when was that? My boyfriend, back in the day had a 750 Constellation with a sidecar, but, rarely used the sidecar, as I was a pillion girl until I got my own bike. That lasted a few years, then we stuck with the cars = cosier, but there is something "primeva"l about motorbikes?
