Try to do some professional courses and secure your life. Coming to UK is secondary. Nowadays getting care home job is difficult and expensive from India. Also salary you get is not enough to meet the requirements.

You can’t apply to care home. At least you need a care certificate or experience in same field, still you have to pay 10 to 15 L for agencies. From my opinion it’s not worth at this time.

You can go through internet for direct application for care homes which are offering sponsorship visa , if you meet their requirements you will get selected. I haven’t got any idea regarding agency, they all ask 8 to 13 lack , but you will get the visa .

Yes, you will get 3 years contract. Before 3 years you can look for another job, your company has to give references as well. But usually most of the companies give references 👍🏻
