Congratulations on new home h However I think you are paying a very unnecessary maxive house for no reason because you don't even know if you are going to end up staying in this country the things are going the government is trying to get rid of you migrants that pretend that are coming to study at the end of day never leave the country you are buying so many expensive things for no reason 😡 😡

@@TeemahAbiola For us I think one of the things that helped us was our job and payslip verification. Because the main thing is that the agency wants to be sure that you can afford rent. This time around we didn’t use guarantor but in our previous house we had guarantor that stood for us because then I was jobless and they said they want family that earns two income
