British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak is staring at the worst electoral loss in over 25 years. A new poll says that the UK's Conservative Party will lose almost 200 seats in the upcoming general election. They will be trounced at the ballot by their rivals, the Labour Party. Labour is on course to win more than 400 seats. This sort of reversal was last seen in 1997, when Tony Blair won his first term in office. Blair went on to serve as PM for 13 years. Sunak is likely to see history repeat itself. But how much of the blame falls on Sunak, and how much of it is collective responsibility?

But British Governance system itself is having that provision right... who will be elected by majority of the MPs will become Prime Minister. Even in general elections too PM won't be elected directly, after election only.. the one who elected by the majority of MPs only become PM. There is no concept of direct election of PM in the British governance system right, not like in US, where President is elected by the people directly. Is that British constitution should be upgraded ??!!
