The person who wrote these lyrics is Ardalan Sarafraz. This poem was written when he found out his beloved father has passed and he was on the road back from another city. It's very touching.

Most of Dariush's songs and songs are political. Dariush is a singer who is critical of oppressive regimes and governments, and the songs he sings are in defense of the oppressed.

I love you man, i am living in Iraq and listening to Dariush since i was like a little child! He is my ever favorite singer of all time!! Please I would like you to react into more Dariush songs!! I love your reaction to this one in particular

His deep voice, in combination with the very fitting lyrics, brings almost everyone to tears. It's his magic, the reason millions of Iranians love him.

Imma tell you a fact, the poet of this song (Ardalan Sarfaraz) wrote it for his father when he passed away. In an interview he said he was coming back from his military service and he saw his family coming to him and he looked in to their eyes and he realised they’re trying to embrace an orphan. In that particular moment he understood he had lost his father. He sat in a room and couldn’t cry but he wrote a lot of poems.
