Ukvi response me after paid enquiry Decision has been made but why they told me 10 working days for collection passport. Its very long period because I pay 31 thousand Rs for 1 week

Hello Rahul. I very much appreciate your efforts in making these videos and prompt replies that you give in comments. Most of my doubts are cleared in your videos but i need your advise. I ll be giving my second attempt for my IELTS as my univ required atleast 7 bands but i scored 6.5. I ll be giving ielts next week again and if get the desirable score ill apply for CAS. My prospective University isn't delaying in issuing Cas but my main concern is Visa. Can I get appointments for next month or should I opt for priority service? My course starts from 1st Oct. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks

Hi Vaibhav, Thanks for the Kind words. I'd assume you are going to give computer based IELTS which will give results by 25th. Hoping you get CAS by month end and your TB test, funds are already taken care of, you would have 1 complete month to apply visa and get it. It will take you 2-8 days for biometric appointment depending on VFS location and assuming you will take prime time appointment. Left with barely 20 days. Standard visa processing time is 21 days so this is borderline case. So yes you will have to take PV or SPV service

@@RahulNidhi yes ill be taking cd ielts again and other things are being taken care of. Thankfully, pv and spv are operating now. I ll be applying from delhi and I believe pv could be beneficial with prime time service. Thank you for your response.

We did submit the refusal letters. It depends on refusal reasons whether it affects your chances or not

@@RahulNidhi I did paid enquiry twice and I received the same reply Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Contact Centre. With regards to your enquiry about the status of your application, our records indicate that a decision has been made on your application. We cannot discuss the outcome of your application on-line or by telephone. Please allow 10 working days for the visa application centre to contact you in regards to collection or delivery of your passport.

Please visit the passport collection desk at your VFS or try to contact them. Usually this means that passport is with VFS for visa stamping

This is normal nowadays. Dependent visas are coming separately. Dependent visa processing time is usually 21 days but sometimes takes upto 4 weeks and rarely upto 2 months

Saath mein mention kiya hota toh ek baar mein kar dete hain woh dono ka reply. But kar lo aap beti ka bhi separate. Reason being ki UKVI is very unpredictable and everything is possible. Ideally dono dependents ka saath process hona chahiye but alag process kiya toh separate results ayenge

@@RahulNidhi we called the ukvi and raised a request for change. We also mailed the id that you had shared. But the automated message reply to the mail is this is for other schemes and not for students and dependents. We enquired with one of the officers in the embassy. What he told is if we get this updated before reaching uk the brp will also get updated by the time we reach there
