💜 List of documents required for Tier 4 visa application -
- VAF 9 Online form www.visa4uk.fc... + Appendix 8 Form (Tier 4 - Student) + Supplementary Questionnaire form + Summary Sheet + Visa Application checklist + Student declaration
-Passport
- TB Screening Test Report - offer, Passport - Original and copy, Photograph, Rs. 3000 (Ruby Hall for Pune)
- Biometric details (will be taken on the spot at VFS Centre)
-Visa Fees of approximately Rs.37,296 to be paid online + IHS (Immigration Health Surcharge)
- Confirmation of Acceptance(CAS)
- Original transcripts/mark sheets (from Secondary school till the last degree obtained)
- IELTS/TOEFL (In original)
- Work experience certificate (If relevant - in Original)
-ATAS certificate (If required)
- Receipt of fee payment towards accommodation & tuition (Not required if the information is recorded on CAS)
- Two months Bank statements - ORIGINAL( minimum 28 days old ) - (Self/Parents) with a covering letter from the Bank Manager (Not older than 1 month)
- Consent Letter to be given by the sponsor (Only Parents) with a relationship proof (Birth Certificate /copy of passport)
- Fixed deposit receipts (if necessary) minimum 28 days old - (Self/Parents) with a covering letter from the bank (Not older than 1 month)
- Bank loan sanction letter - Original (if any)

Hello Devyani, I have been accepted as a PhD student at Queen's University, Belfast. I have been granted a studentship that will cover my international tuition fees and will also give me a stipend of £1,525 per month. How much money do I need to show/ maintain in my account?

Hey Devyani. I just had a query that for the biometrics do we only need to prove the maintenance funds or do we also need to prove that we have sufficient funds for the course fees also. It will be really helpful if you revert on this.

Hey devyani, I have a doubt. The 28 day period will be starting today of my funds held in my savings account. Could you please let me know if i can submit the uk visa application without submitting my financial documents online?

Do we need to provide fd stamped photocopy with balance certificate to vfs ?

All the bank docs have to be stamped by the bank and signed by the manager

Hey For visa I forgot to upload FD certificates. Instead I uploaded covering letter and statement Was it mandatory? Although i got Cas with these documents

Dont worry then My uni didn’t ask for bank documents for CAS. Only for visa appointment you will need it.

Hello Devyani, I have a question with respect to the bank statements. I will be applying for an education loan against my FD. Do i still need to wait for the funds to be matured in my FD?

Hey Syra, I am not sure ab that as I didn’t apply for a loan. But I have made another video (an interview) ab loans on my channel check that out. You can try reaching out to foreign admits to get a more professional opinion

Is bachelor’s transcripts necessary for Masters in UK? I have my marksheets. My university where i have completed my bachelors is closed. help me what can be done?

Having transcripts is compulsory. If you cannot provide it, you have to mail the university you're applying to and let them know. They can guide you as the process would be different for every university.

Hai ma'am, actually I have a doubt, I got unconditional offer Letter from greenwich uni, and now I have to apply for Visa , but the problem is , my DOB in documents and actual one is different, when I went to apply for birth certificate, they said they ll issue certificate based on the actual date of birth, i'm really nervous , don't know what to do, could you please assist me ma'am 🙏

Hey Devyani, Thanks for the informative video! I had a tiny doubt. If I’m submitting my loan sanction and document (it covers my entire expenses incl fees, living etc), what will I have to submit under the bank statements? Will I have to submit my bank statements with funds additionally? Also, will it be okay if it does not have the minimum living expenses in it? Thanks in advance!

Hey!! My old surname was different from recent one in all documents like birth certificate, LC, all academic marksheet,degree certificate but now in my passport, aadhar card,pan card is new one and I also have gadget copy for surname chages and i also applied for newspaper advertisement for my surname chages so gadget or newspaper is valid for application of CAS or not??

You can apply from anywhere. But make sure you fill in the details properly.

hi, what type of stamps did you fix on Affidevit ? i have also a same problem my father's spelling is different in passport and academic certificate . Can you tell me what stamp did tiu need at that time? it will really helpfull for me

Just go to a notary and tell them. They will put the correct stamps on it!

Hi devyani, really thankful to you for your efforts. Your videos have really helped me. I have recently filled my pre-cas application at Swansea University. I have uploaded my masters degree and marksheet. The problem is that my degree has my enrollment number while my marksheet has not applicable written on the enrollment number column. Do you think the university would ask me to get my marksheet updated from my previous university. My university in India is very slow in terms of administrative tasks. In this scenario can I request Swansea to give me some time to get my marksheet updated?
