UK therapist treats depression by running and walking with patients

For years we've been told that outdoor exercise is good for the mind and the body. One UK therapist has gone a step further, and goes running and walking with his patients to help them deal with anxiety and depression. TRT World's Health Correspondent Nicola Hill has more.
