As resources dwindle and the fishing industries of various nations get squeezed by quota's there is bound to be tensions. Having just returned from France I can tell you that no one is talking about Brexit, it is done, we got what we wanted and France have definately moved on. This is just the UK going back on another agreement because 55 small local fishing boats can't supply 4 years worth of electronic data like a larger fishing boat can. They have found a small way to antagonise the French and it has worked. However, this will not end well for the UK I fear.
