Can you please tell me the translation? Does it mean "The World is spinning - the World is standing still" ? Is there a double meaning to "spinning" like "crazy" ?

@@NotesNNotes Exactly. You got it. "dreht durch" (infinitive: durchdrehen) is pretty much only used as in "going crazy", in fact (original meaning would be "spinning freely/uncontrollably"), normal spinning would be "dreht sich" (infinitive: sich drehen). And "steht still" (standing still) is of course about the world stagnating. However, there still is a double meaning, since we're in the territory of electronic dance music, after all, and "dreht durch" can also be about the world (the club) going crazy on the dancefloor and "steht still" be the crowd standing still/being silent between tracks.
