In a video address, he said that Ukraine is still in control of 'key points around the city'.

For starters, I know many many leaders who would just have left the country very soon. He is in Kiev, almost encircled, target N1 of Russia, and still he decided to stay and fight.

@@AK-bt6es He refused the help of the United States to escape, and he did not flee in embarrassment like the United States did in Afghanistan, knowing that their country did not have an aircraft carrier and F35, and did not back down. He actively mobilized the people and prepared for the war in advance, but Putin's beheading did not take effect.He did not lose to Russia in the war of public opinion. He did not encourage soldiers to die on the vast plains, and called on the world for help. He did a lot of valuable things and had the qualities of an excellent leader.

Feb 24th he said "we will fight them in the square, they will see our faces not our backs" Feb 25th he said "I want to make a deal with Putin to stop this bloodshed" (he wants to save himself and also waste every ones deaths from the day before) Feb 26th he is now saying "we can hold out, its our land" (because he realized Putin is not going to make a deal with a worm) He wants others to fight and die so he can remain a Western puppet. Every time the Russians make ground he starts to look for a way to appease Russia.

Hearing him speak in a previous about fighting for his country brought me to tears, knowing nearly all our politicians would have left before the end of Putin's announcement had even finished. God bless the brave people of Ukraine. We were in tears to see a 70 year old man going to the front with his rifle. We saw the brave lady offering sunflower seeds to a Russian, also the man talking to the tank driver who was out of gas, that he could tow him back to his own Country. Keep an open mind. They have been accused of giving Azerbaijan chemical weapons to kill Armenians. They have no proof that I know of but Ukraine and Azerbaijan have been arms trading for years. They're not exactly saints but I certainly don't support violence against the civilians.

Glad to see this guy still alive and providing updates to his people and the world. This is surely an uphill battle for them but they continue to resist the efforts of the aggressor. I'm still in complete admiration with the bravery and courage with this leader. I can't imagine myself managing a situation of this sort just like he does. He shows his people that he is with them to the last minute. I do believe that the Ukrainians deserve to practice their sovereignty and be free from russian control. I hope that this will end sooner and in a peace talk to limit further deaths from both parties. For the russians, trying to take over Ukraine is a task that is difficult to attain and sustain. The ukrainians know what they want and clearly, they are and will continue to fight for it.
