Shoutout to the love and respect shown at the end of the battle, by the comptetitors and by the venue, hopefully uknowshaine keeps evolving. That was super dope of Laurent to bow to him, seemed like he was praying for his knee. Edit: P.S. It's wild how rich they are, a AP hooodie, exclusive Jordan's, and a $680 Palm Angels jacket... wearing all that to a battle😭😭

Ah, the "If we scream loud enough at everything then our friend will win" Strategy. Sad at the amount of bias that goes into every form of competition known to man. Why is it so hard to appreciate competition and celebrate each other. Laurent is a class act. He's like a trained boxer that doesn't get frustrated when people try to push him around because he knows within himself the damage he could really do. I much more enjoyed the Les Gamal battle. This seemed amateurish on Zepek's side. Embarrassing to even feel the need to screech in heaps at every move to even stand a chance. I'd much more prefer the oohs and aahs be warranted and the dancing speak for itself.

Zepek waived the bottle roll and went first as respect to Laurent for being a trailblazer in hip hop and his home country. Also, literally every Krump battle has excited screams of passion. It's ok to not understand, but mindless judging just makes you look ignorant.

Laurent is incredible as always! 💙 He is very sensitive, kind and sometimes too respectful to those who do not deserve it, much less bow at their feet. Before whom? Zepek does not deserve this, because he showed disrespect to his rival Lau, and even arrogant behavior by kicking a spinning bottle with his foot. This gesture was boorish, dismissive, and his dance moves were hysterical and psychopathic. ✌️

Zepek wasnt disrespectful. He kicked bottle means he is gonna dance first so don’t need to spin the bottle. Prob his leg was hurting and he wanted to finish the battle pronto. His dance style is Krump not hysterical. Lau clearly took the first round.

Actually, zepek didn't disrespect lau. He respected him by going first. He just tossed the bottle because he wanted to go first. Right after his first round you can see that he was hurt. Either it was a cramp or his nerve got stretched I don't know but he was definitely hurt. Lau is just phenomenal. Lau gave him respect because that's how he behaves. Sometimes he won't give a F about any dancer but sometimes he'll just show respect to them. He also gave respect to max loove in BTM exchange. That's how our lau is.

The complexity and diversity of Luarent's moves are ridiculuos I dunno if this is all style, but independtly - Zepek should compete in his native style and so should do all Krumpers (no hate) It looks somewhat "unantural" even to judge them - too "different" And please - I know Krump belongs to hip-hop family, just saying my IMHO Peace.

I'm sure Laurent would disagree with your statement. Bboys should stick to their native style. Krump and Hip Hop can mesh well since they're both versatile. Rubix does a good job of this when he is battling krumpers. Him and Jr. Sniper showed me a hip hop/krump duo that was pure art.
