You are young, take it and keep on playing and learning. You can be great by learning so young. His spirit lives on! By standing on the shoulders of giants, it gives us an advantage. What's that even mean? Well it means that we can take someone's life work and further it and be even more advanced because they figured it out and put it all together for us. Allowing us to take it to the next level. Learning chord progressions and key changes as in Beyond the sea for example. Maybe something to work up to yet but learn the easier 3 or 4 chord stuff then work your way up. Or if you don't play anymore either that's fine but get back to it. 😊 Take care Bud and good luck!

Ukuele Mike was my main inspiration to pick up the instrument. His easy to follow tutorials made it a blast to learn. R.I.P Mike. I'm sure you are gracing the heavens with your beautiful music

Mick thank you for that blues tutorial. I have cancer, it's no big deal, it's just life. I got a Ukulele and have never played one so I'm doing something New by learning how to play. Your video was excellent. The chemo is affecting my fingers at the moment, but I am determined to get this down. Thanks again. Excellent .......Chris from Liverpool England.

Chris, I'm new to the uke too. I live with daily chronic and debilitating pain. I find the uke brings joy into my life! Sometimes, even on days when I can't play, I'll stop to strum nothing in particular, just to hear the melodious, happy sounds! I know chemo can make you feel lousy. I hope you have some good days too!

"The skies opened, and a shaft of light sought out and found my face - " This is the clearest, easiest, most accessible explanation of how to jam the blues I've ever seen! I might actually be able to do this; muchas gracias, Mike & Anthony!

I HAVE LOVED THIS!!! Especially little Anthony!!! I am 40 and learning the ukulele. Since I double majored in math and piano performance in college almost 20 years ago, I am teaching myself uke by watching videos. I bought one of your eBooks several months back and LOVE it!!! You have been a blessing to my musical journey and I am so appreciative!!!!

Fantastic. I love the backing track at the end. I had my first ever go at improvising and it didn't sound too bad. Never thought I would ever be able to improvise!!! I'm going to play this over and over. Thanks x

Mr. Ukulele Mike. I want to thank you for this very easy to follow and spirited tutorial. I am so happy right now because you taught me this pattern! I can jam to blues now...and you taught me that the pattern is the same along the fret board to accommodate the key. Improv is not so intimidating after recognizing the pattern. I thought that memorizing scales would be the only way to improv...but barriers were lifted by shining light to this pattern and I'm on my way to doing it! Thank you.
