I think large quantity of nurses needed in uk. First thing is lots of NHS nurses moved to Australia from uk and Ireland. NHS has closed many wards due to lack of staffs and another thing is every NHS Hospital runs short staffed still. So you have wide and vast opportunity here.

NHS ൽ ജോലി ചെയ്തു എക്സ്ട്രാ പൈസ ഉണ്ടാക്കാം എന്നും കരുതി ആരും ഇപ്പോൾ ഇങ്ങോട്ടു വരരുത്. നിങ്ങൾക്കു ലഭിക്കുന്ന കോൺട്രാക്ടിൽ ഉള്ള പൈസ മാത്രം പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മതി. നഴ്സുമാർക്ക് ബാങ്ക് ഡ്യൂട്ടികൾ (Extra Duty) ഒന്നും NHS ൽ ഇപ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നത് ഒരു ഗ്രൗണ്ട് റിയാലിറ്റി ആണ്. (നാളെ ചിലപ്പോൾ സ്ഥിതി മാറിയേക്കാം)

Its not so perfect.. the current situation in UK is really adverse.. majority of trusts are not getting enough fund for recruitment … literally the recruitments are freezed.. some gvt direct processes are going on like wales kerala set up. Some vacancies are there in London too.. by direct experience I’m commending this .. don’t give non correct informations without proper leads…

മാഡം 2024 ജനുവരി മാസം ഇന്റർവ്യൂ കഴിഞ്ഞു നേഴ്സുമാര് cos അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്തിട്ട് അവിടെയുള്ള ട്രസ്റ്റ് ഒന്നിൽ നിന്നും മറ്റ് വേറൊരു ട്രസ്റ്റിലേക്ക് മാറ്റുകയും അവസാനം ഇപ്പോൾ ചാൻസില്ല എന്ന് പറയുകയും ഇത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ വിഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ അറിവിൽ 50 നഴ്സുമാർ വിഷമിച്ചിരിക്കുകയാണ് ഇതിന് വല്ല പരിഹാരമുണ്ടോ മാഡം

I am in IT in UK. It is a very high paying sector if you know how to navigate it. Compared to IT, health sector is peanuts. I did not study in UK, all studies in Kerala. Came to UK in 2019 for work because I have experience in a software product. This experience is not available in UK market. I had the upper hand in negotiation because the company could not find the experience locally and they wanted it very much. They saw my linkedin profile and that is how they contacted me. Now I have PR and planning for my own startup company. And I came here for free and getting 6 figure salary in GBP, I am getting more pay than my boss's boss. No agent or anything. It is true that sponsorship possibilities are less currently because most IT jobs can be done remotely from anywhere. 'I need a job' is not the correct approach. 'What I can contribute to the company with my skills' is the correct approach. So find and build and advertise those special skills. Sponsorship and the job will come automatically. Generic IT experience will not really help because the same is available here locally, they why will company the spend money to sponsor? I am sorry to say, 90% of IT experience from India is just not relevant. India is just considered cheap labour by big companies including the one I work for, all of them hire freshers for cheap from campuses make them do some job here and there for the overseas clients. People who can sustain there are promoted and finally will become people managers in the body shop, that's all. At the client's location is where all the action and the actual money is.
