This is what I typically eat on a daily basis and why I could have eaten like this to begin with in order to achieve complete remission from Ulcerative Colitis.

Do you think organic meat is okay to eat during a flare? will it stuff up the healing progress that i have from 7 weeks of being on the healing diet?

Just subscribed to your u-tube channel. Got results back today from CT. Colitis. Regular Dr. is scheduling a specialist for me to see. But so willing to try this. I have many of the symptoms but no weight loss. I am actually overweight. Since January I have lost 20 pounds trying to loose the weight. But I think some of the foods I changed to caused the issues. And drinking different water(drinking more town water). Everyone laughed when I said I think the water is making me sick. But now I need to change up some things bc I do not want to be on prednisone. Watching most of your videos today. Which is the best to watch for a started in a major flareup. Also have IC, rheumatoid, and fibro. Just learning about the immune disorders and the leaky gut. Really time to feel better.

The guiding principles I follow are explained much better in my boot camp series, especially episodes 8 and 9! I need to do a little more research before I can give you a definitive answer about an overgrowth of bacteria in the gut, but in the mean time, Mike the Heal Your Gut Guy has a lot of experience killing off excess bacteria and stuff like Candida. I'm definitely no doctor, so everything I say is simply my personal opinion and shouldn't be taken as medical advice. That being said, as long as a high quality probiotic supplement is used it should work fine. It doesn't have to be the same kind I use. If you use salt you don't have to use a starter culture. @team_honnas
@team_honnas 5 жыл бұрын
@@MrUlmer-lv1wd I did several times while I was still trying to heal. But since I've considered myself "healed" no I haven't. If I were to stop following my concepts and principles and eat junk for long periods of time without doing any gut microbiome upkeep I have no doubt that I would start getting sick again eventually. If I notice any irregularities all I have to do is double down on my protocol and everything goes back to normal, solid BMs.

@@team_honnas so you rode out the flares naturally? I'm just curious if that's possible with the pain and bleeding? Thank you so much for all of your help, I'm currently in a flare and being pushed towards Remicade. I do not want to go that route!
@team_honnas
@team_honnas 5 жыл бұрын
@@MrUlmer-lv1wd So first of all, just to be clear, I am not a doctor or a dietician so this is all just my personal opinion and shouldn't be taken as medical advice. That being said, when I first started trying to heal I was in a 2 month flare of urgent and bloody/watery diarrhea with no formed stool at all. I stopped all medication and dove head first into juicing cabbage. I saw that popular video on youtube titled "ulcerative colitis healed in just 1 week" and decided to give it a try and follow the instructions to a T. So I juiced 32oz of green cabbage juice per day and drank it in 8oz increments. By day 3 I had my first formed BM since that flare started. It was still very bloody and very painful, but it was formed. I was immediately hooked and continued to juice for a full 30 days. It didn't heal me in 1 week like I was hoping but it made me feel like I was 70-80% better by the end of the 30 days. During this time I ate two meals per day of baked chicken, steamed white rice, and steamed squash/zucchini. Drank the juice on an empty stomach. From there I started the vegan healing diet with High Carb Health and followed that protocol for 13 months straight with a ton of ups and downs. Two major flares caused by two different things that basically left me starting at ground zero again, and working my way back until I again felt about 80-90% better on the vegan diet. Then I changed to following my gut microbiome optimization protocol that I show in my "colonoscopy proof" video. I ate fermented vegetables, raw kefir, and lots of soluble fiber (with good quality meats also included). Then about 4 months after that was when I considered myself healed. I fit my definition of healed where I could eat a full range of foods. Now I considered myself healed in the fall of 2016, however I still had to work out some kinks in 2017 experimenting with my level of freedom and how much upkeep I needed to do to keep my gut microbiome firing on all cylinders and keeping me free from UC while also being able to be flexible and indulge in "unhealthy" foods when I wished to. By kinks I mean I pushed the envelope with how long I could go and how bad I could eat without following my nutritional concepts and principles and still stay healthy. Obviously, my theory is that IBD is caused by a disrupted gut microbiome which means that optimizing that gut microbiome will heal the problem. And therefore, the more I push the envelope and allow my gut microbiome to tend towards dysbiosis, the faster UC symptoms will return. In 2017 right after I considered myself healed I hadn't really established what level of maintenance my gut microbiome would require to stay completely healed. So I noticed that the less attention I paid towards optimizing the gut microbiome, the more my digestion suffered. I never flared after I considered myself healed, but I did try to stretch my limits and that ended up with warning signs pop up in the form of increased urgency, maybe some mucus here and there, and less then perfectly formed stool. After discovering what my limits were, I settled on the protocol of eating according to my protocol for 5 days a week with the weekends totally free to do whatever I wanted. This has kept me in optimal condition with no symptoms, no warning signs, no nothing, and has allowed me to live free from medication. Hope that helps!

You just blew all credibility of an all vegetable diet with the chunks of beef. Why would you declare our one page that the vegetables are key and then there is beef in between. I have have the best success when all flesh is eliminated forever and only become bed sick when I fall off the wagon. I have to rethink my subscription after viewing this.

Not exactly sure what you mean. This video should clear up anything that may seem confusing about the different protocols I tried during my healing process and how I finally arrived at the protocol that I followed to finally heal and remain healed. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qNx3e5WZyc60cWQ.html You're more than welcome to unsubscribe if you think I'm trying to pull the wool over your eyes.

Thanks. just looking for advice for my husband. Yes Jesus does save. I know the earth stuff sounds funny. I did to me at 1st too. Then I read the Bible as its my final authority and the God's word tells us the sun moves not us, The moon is her own light. The world is on pillars, a foundation, a corner stone that it shall not be moved. Look at sea LEVEL. according to the ball we should have 66.69 feet of lateral curve in only 10 miles of horizon. You can find 100's of miles with tower cam pan views put a ruler up to your screen. They say everything falls over the edge but where is the sideways curve. The horizon raises to eye level no mater how high you go up. Shouldn't the opposite happen on a ball. Remember God Said he made the SUN, the moon and the stars also. He never even said he made Planets. Man did in 2nd Kings when they started worshiping them. They also worshiped the queen of heaven and she's not real either. Hope that helps get you to at least look into it. There is tons of proofs on here
