Hey Ulisses, I follow your work outs , here and on KZfaq!!! Big fan! 💯🔊Quick question, What type of tips can you please give me. I am an Ectomorph if I’m not mistaken. I am shy of 6 Foot tall, 180 LBS & I am 30 Years of age. I have been working out since January Seriously 💪🏽. My goal is to, get shredded. Please help me me being an Ectomorph I seen to not gain much, I guess I have a slower gain process from the other 2 Body types? Thanks 🙏

Stick to hiting the gym and keep doing some body weight work out at home. I suggest try buying the Mass Tech protein shake as well, it's quite good it helped me out a lot weight wise and mass wise. Also try eating different types of food that will aid producing mass like tuna, kidney beans, eggs, chicken, fruits & vegetables etc. Just look it up online... All the best, let us know how it goes further and of you notice any improvements 🖖✌
