FYI that “man” is wearing a dress. Looks like a character similar to Erza Scarlet (over powered in strength and personality not similar in appearance). Btw in a real fight people grab what is close by for a weapon. Adding a hilt and keeping a large slab of concrete may be a little over the top though 😀
