Dr. Aaron McAnelly PT, DPT, OCS demonstrates how to perform Ulnar nerve flossing, or stretching. This movement can gently loosen your ulnar nerve along its pathway. The ulnar nerve passes on the inside of the elbow and down to the pinky and ring finger. This is your "funny bone." You can find it by tapping behind the bump on the inside of your elbow.
Go gentle on this exercise because stretching nerves too much can cause them to be sore for a while.
