07venna 3 shape tapes, brand new IT brushes (said theft because ONE brush was missing but was still in the plastic package) found a random velvet FENTY x Puma bag, 2 bare minerals powder foundation, IT bronzer, a NYX single eyeshadow, a Ulta single eyeshadow and a Milani lip gloss that was brand new in the packaging.

Supreme Being with razors you can save money long term by getting double edge razor. They're refillable and I did the math once it's five cents to shave my legs compared to at least a couple dollars depending what refills or disposables I used.

Im sorry but you girls need to use gloves all the time remember those are garbage dumpsters here in Nyc you wouldn’t even dare to go in there we have Rats bigger then cats 🐈 and one time my friend Christine took some book and a cat climbing carpet tree thing and there were bed bugs 🐜 all over it and she didn’t kn until the lady who got rid of it told us her apartment was infested with bed bugs the next day she was covered in bite marks then her landlord wouldn’t pay for the exterminator to exterminate her apartment and it costs her over $300 to spray her apartment it wasn’t worth picking at the trash and with lipstick and makeup and brushes be very careful

We went dumpster diving at Ulta and found around 30 hour dryers, straighteners and such things. All with the cords cut.. idk what to do with them now.

Most people in the US aren't wealthy, most of us live with tremendous debt to support ourselves to live. So, for the things that aren't necessities, dumpster diving is a way to get things (and it's often food, too). However, the biggest reason to dumpster dive in the US is because corporations are INCREDIBLY wasteful and throw away millions of tons of perfectly good consumer goods every day. These stores deliberately break things so people cannot have them. They refuse to donate items to homeless or people in need because they'd rather take a loss on their taxes instead of giving to people in need.

Tiff vowell depends on where you live. We go a lot, so we have patterns figured out for the most part.

how do you guys sanitize products with doe foot applicators? like lip glosses and stuff

You can’t. Liquids can’t be sanitized. Once a used doe foot applicator is put back inside the tube, everything in the tube is contaminated. If you’re dumpster diving, you shouldn’t use any mascaras, liquid eyeliners, liquid eyeshadows, liquid lip products or basically any liquid product that goes near your mouth or eyes.

Taylor Presgrove at the beginning of the month because they throw away their stuff and restock, I’m not sure what’s a good time of day. But also after holidays because they throw away the perfectly good holiday stuff like candy so yeah.

When people find small bags or boxes full of perfectly fine or almost perfect products it makes me think an employee purposely set aside a bag that they were gonna go grab after their shift or something. Sometimes the finds are too perfect to not be purposely set aside by employees
